Westrows is looking for a warm, attentive and style-savvy Customer & Style Advisor to guide our clients with confidence and ease.
You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with orders, sizing, styling guidance, or general inquiries.

Your responsibilities

Respond to customer questions via email and chat
Offer styling and sizing advice with a friendly, personal approach
Provide assistance with orders, exchanges and returns
Help customers feel supported, understood and well taken care of
Share feedback with the team to improve the overall shopping experience

Your profile

You enjoy fashion and understand the importance of good fit and timeless style
You communicate clearly, professionally and with empathy
You’re patient, reliable, and solution-oriented
You work comfortably and independently in a remote environment
Experience in customer service or fashion is a plus, not a requirement

Your responsibilities

Assist with maintaining product information and descriptions
Help check quality of visual content (photos, product styling, details)
Support daily boutique operations and coordination tasks
Keep communication clear between different parts of the team
Light administrative tasks

Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
